A mixed use development consisting of 1400 Sq.M. of retail and 78 one, two and three bedroom apartments. Parking comprised of basement and car-stackers. The complexities of this project was rock and dealing with the ongoing issues of combustible cladding without compromising on town planning. The feature facade has over 1000 Sq.M. of alucabond cladding and was an integral feature to assist with obtaining a planning permit. The project was delivered in 16 months.
